Ran across this blast from the past. Winning the Project Catalyst Award at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival in 2013 was major in jumpstarting “Run the Tide.” We’d go on to make the film in the summer of 2014. It takes a lot of goodwill and support from a multitude of talented people to bring a project to life. I’m grateful to everyone I’ve been fortunate enough to have crossed paths with and with whom I’ve been able to walk in tandem for a time.
