Rajiv Shah will play “The Watcher” in Chris Shimojima’s forthcoming drama, “Safe Society” which recently wrapped production in New York.

Director Chris Shimojima, is an AICP award nominee and his debut feature “Alberto and the Concrete Jungle” played Cinequest as well as numerous other festivals, taking some Best Feature Film and Best Actor awards.
