Rajiv Shah has been honored with the Outstanding Featured Performance in Drama award from Stage Scene LA for his role in A Perfect Ganesh. The play was staged last year in Topanga Canyon at the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum, a venue celebrated for its beautiful outdoor setting and unique theater experience.

A Perfect Ganesh, a Pulitzer prize finalist is written by Terrence McNally and explores themes of spirituality and self-discovery as it follows two American women on a transformative journey through India. The production at Theatricum Botanicum was noted for its evocative setting and powerful performances, with Shah’s portrayal standing out for its depth and emotional impact.

Stage Scene LA, known for recognizing exceptional achievements in the Los Angeles theater scene highlighted Shah’s portrayal with Stage Scene LA critic, Steven Stanley observing:
