San Diego, CA – Rajiv Shah, a board member from the SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) San Francisco-Northern California local recently represented the union at the San Diego Labor Convention, a key event in the California AFL-CIO’s Endless Union Summer 2024 series.

For Rajiv Shah, representing SAG-AFTRA with SF-NC President Kathryn Howell, was more than just a professional duty—it was a personal commitment to the actors, broadcasters, and media professionals he advocates for.

The Endless Union Summer 2024 convention is a significant occasion for union members across California. Key speakers included UAW President Shawn Fein, International President of the AFA-CWA Sara Nelson, and actor Sean Astin who was in attendance representing SAG-AFTRA.
